The DAT Top Three – Black Sabbath Songs (Dio)
When Ronnie James Dio took over for Ozzy Osbourne in 1979, Black Sabbath had a new singer and a new sound. While still undeniably dark and heavy, Dio brought a more polished, expanded range to the vocal melodies and his raw power immediately endeared him to fans. Although cancer took Dio from us in 2010, his heavy metal legacy will live on. And in that spirit I give you the DAT Top Three Black Sabbath Songs Featuring Ronnie James Dio. Horns up, f*ckers.
